power supply to battery for display?

I have a display in my shop but it looks like it looses power when i gain the bass up. Right know im using a Pyramid PS-52KX https://www.bellscb.com/products/testequipment/Powersupplies/pyramid/pyramid_PS-52KX.htm
With 3 capasitors but still looses power at 18 when on some bass songs. can i add a battery like in the picture

Yes. You would do much better using the battery than the capacitors.
