We have a 2002 Dodge Caravan that has a strange electrical problem. When we first start the car, the radio, heater/AC, wipers, door locks and windows will not work. As time goes by, they try to work and then shut off. Finally, they will all start to operate as normal. Any ideas? Driving me nuts.

could be a bad ignition switch with bad contacts inside.

Main fuse box under hood tend to go bad. The connector inside go bad.
