Att! Jeff! Door Lock Problem

Hi,
I have a two door power door lock actuator from AutoLoc. When negative signal is sent to the POWERLOCKBRAIN to lock the doors, it locks then jumps back to unlock. My theory is that the brain is bad until i checked the AutoLoc FAQ page. They said it is the actuator not being able to fully extend or contract, therefore when it is in partially either the lock or unlock position, and the actuator will send a signal back to the brain making it lock or unlock. I can somewhat relate to the FAQ page, but there is no way my door lock actuator can fully contract in the LOCK position and extend in the UNLOCK position. The OEM door locks keeps the actuators from doing so. So my question is, Do you think it is a POWERLOCKBRAIN issue or is it a mounting issue with my actuators? Thanks in advance everyone!

so again, my door lock actuators jump from the LOCK to the UNLOCK postion when i hit the lock button on my alarm.

Try this ( it's a pain but it will eliminate possibilities ) : remove the actuators from it's location and let then dangle in the doors and then press the unlock/lock button. If the same problem occurs, then I'd say it's a CPU issue. If it stays in the open position, then it's a voltage spike in the actuator and you will need to reposition the actuators so there is more play in the actuation.
