Several months ago I had the alternator on my chevy 1500 conversion replaced at the dealer.  Since that time my TV and cigarette lighter has not worked.  I did a continuity check on every fuse and the were all ok (this was the fuse box next to the drivers side door panel and a smaller panel against the wall behind the drivers seat.  I measure 12V between the cigarette lighter fuse and the chasis ground.  The wiring to the at the CL does appear to be good and there is continuity between the two dash CL's.  There is continuity between the center pin on the TV/VCR and dash CL's.  Is there somewhere else that these could be fused or a wire harness or cable that the dealer might have forgotten to connect?  Thanks!

get to the back of the CL and see if you have 12v there.if you do then replace the CL. if not, it may be faster to run a new wire then to trouble shoot and trace the way.just disconnect the hot wire and run a new one. make sure you fuse the wire with the same size as before.
