I have a customer with one of these vehicles with the PTS system and the smart key, he has allocated an extra smart key and wants to have it programmed,  and the dealers for toyota locally say they won't do cars they don't import the fielder is a foreign used import this one being from singapore. So can anyone assist me with this?

Get hold of or download the owners manual for that vehicle, I'll bet the procedure is the same for ALL Toyota/Lexus for the vehicles year.
Do the local stealerships work off the same hymn books as UK stealerships with that "not sold here we can't touch it" syndrome?
