I am building my first wall. Going to use a amp that requires a 60amp fuse. What is the right way to wire it up? I was looking at a Samlex SEC-100BRM or a Cascade Audio APS100 power supply. Both of these are very expensive. Several people have suggested using to optima red tops and a battery charger, but that gets within couple of hundred dollars of the power supplies Any recommendations? Thank you

I'd omit the battery unless you rarely run at a power (current) that exceeds the battery charger output and the charger does not cause DC noise issues.
Besides, the battery will require occasional replacement - more often the more it is charged and discharged.
Plus it has its own problems (maintenance, thermal-runaway if faulty, etc).

Any recommendation of the Samlex vs Cascade Audio?
