It sometimes doesn't load for me and then other times it works fine. I can't get on it since last night either. I only use them as a backup to compare what Directwire has listed.

You'd think they would have a Hosted back up server otherwise they would lose everthing in the event of a natural disaster or fire.

Is there a plague of A/Vox/Prestige programming problems at the moment?
Someone imported a unit into the UK and I installed it.
It was a right pain to
a) Learn tach
b)Generally program.
Also half of the colours mainly the aux outputs were a different colour to the install guide.
Definitely NOT one for first time DIYers.

Thanks Howie! I've only installed a handful of Prestige units and have always had tach learning issues with them. You have to get it spot on or else it won't stay running. The general programming of it is also a bit more complex than other systems.

This site has different wire color of anyother site that I look for a 2011 Mazda 3 , I always Check the wires but it has everything mixed around even compared to the DIRECTWIRE site. IS it trustyworthy?

The common sense rule applies, get as many crib sheets as you can, compare and test and verify.
From my position in England I use DEI US and International, there are many features on US versions of Audis and BMWs that are different.
