Can I get any reccomendations on good track and shut of engine gps units, I wanna buy them wholesale, they can be from anywhere, america, japan, doesn't matter, the system should be able to track and shut off from any phone, and it must respond with location in the form of a link, that when opened takes you to google maps to view the location. Thanks.

I do not remember the model number of the unit we sell, I think it is GPS-450 I will check tomorrow. Free monitoring for 3 years. It will provide Starter Kill and remote door unlocking. Retails for 369.00 USD. We charge 75 dollars for basic install. 35 to do starter kill and 50 for door unlocking.

You will need quad band 3G GSM for outside the US plus of course a SIM card.
Darren same problem fitted about 15 from a new supplier (Sweden) asked for an arm out to immobilise, they gave me a CONSTANT which shuts off, means the relay constantly engaged, now 3 have "gone off the air", technical side doesn't want to know.
I'm loathe to try anything from fleabay.

The Swedish unit was called Tramigo.
I spoke in the week to a pal who installs them full time , he says they are all junk on software failures.

We've got that here already, seems to be a good unit, but the most costly here, I wanna go a cost effective route, tramigo isn't cutting it for every customer's pocket.

Good unit?
3 from 20 so far that's 15% failure rate.
Permanent (-) armed out, no good with the Prius when I have to break a constant feed, means the coil of the immob relay is constantly engaged.
No response for technical help?

Well I don't install them, but the unit is the most popular locally, I'm installing a japanese unit that tracks, shuts off engine, and gives exterior tamper alert via sms, monitors interior via a motion sensor, unit call ur # as it detects interior intrusion allowing you to listen in and verify if there is anything going on in ur car, it's a really neat unit, let's say 1 in every 40 or so would be problematic, been trying to get my hands on the company's source, but no luck, this is really all I need, currently this company has the lowest prices in the country, the unit is reliable and has a lot of features for the price, hence my reason for wanting it so badly. Does anyone here deal with unit producers in japan?

unit is unbranded, i wish i had a name, it would be a whole lot easier. My boss has some connection to the factories across in japan, but i'm clueless, been searching online but no dice, got any direction u could point me in howard, a unit that may be similiar to what i described in my previous post.

a) Much too cold this time of the year.
b) We'd still be in the same position, there are no shops with product lined up unlike audio.
