Hi guys,
I'm trying to make a circuit which has two functions:

1. Use a standard dash button which provides a momentary ground pulse for both on/off to switch my boost solenoid on/off

2. As a failsafe if my aem failsafe gauge reaches dangerous afr levels it provides a low side ground output which I want to use to turn off the boost solenoid. In turn it will bypass the boost controller and revert to wastegate pressure.

This is what I have come up with so far:

Problem 1: The momentary on/off only turns it on...
Problem 2: the on/off button activates the led and warning buzzer when pressed.

I'm using 40 amp relays, an overkill I know but they came with wiring harnesses and diodes which make things a little easier to wire up.

Any ideas much appreciated :-)

Why didn't they merge your threads?
Omron or Panasonic latching relays, about £6 each,
RS Components.

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.
