hi guys this is my first post but have check out this site for awhile. Ive been around this business off and on for the lasl 20 years . ive always worked for myself but now having to work for someone. . job interview on monday so my question is what are the going rates installers are making these days hourly . i would consider myself a average installer .

All of the shops in my area, (at least the reputable ones) pay their installers commission. 50 percent top pay for top installers.
