First off, My buddy has a 2000 Jeep Cherokee sport with power windows. I installed ( a while ago) a simple setup consisting of an alpine cdplayer, pioneer 6 1/2's and polk 51/4's in the rear roof. To save time ( since he was in such a hurry, i wasnt pleased) i didnt take the door pannels off all the way, and in turn didnt disconnect any of the power lock windown switches. the install went easy as i figured it would. the problem now is sometime the 3 passanger windows dont work, even if the lock-out switch is off. they continue to not work until the driver makes any of the 4 windows move. sometimes this fixes the problem sometime it will got for a while where the windows will only work from the driver door controls. also, sometimes all 4 door switches work fine and everything seems to be normal. Any ideas? is there a relay somewhere? could the lock-out system be faulty?
