i'm going to be running 3 linear actuators in my truck and want to get a little creative on how to run them. The only company i know of who has a "brain" that can run a switched polarity device is select products. But it's like $100 plus all the add ons that you need. I was just going to use a bunch of solenoids to power the whole setup. Does anybody else have any ideas?

Are you able to sketch out what you are going to need? Or elaborte more?

If it as simple as forward/reverse on three different switches on three acuators then I don't think you need to spend $100. But if you need to adjust speed, distance, working-in-concert, etc. then you may be stuck with the big-dough.

Let us know more detail and we'll see what we can do.

i just happen to have 3 linear actuators and a controller if you are interested.  Two were used for about 2 weeks and the other was never installed.  I also have the controler from select products and a switch.  They are the 4" acme acutators from select products and are all in great working condition.  I also have brackets too.

email me at info@completeaudio.net if you are interested or check my site at www.completeaudio.net
