They moved their info to https://www.voxxuniversity.com/

Has any of you been able to set up a new account? Did you have to call anybody to make it happen? If so, who?

I did, but vehicle wiring info is unavailable. Register with your company info/email address.

I tried with 2 different addresses. It does not tell me what the problem is, it just will not let me get past that screen. It blanks out my password. But now that I think about it, my password had no caps and no numbers. Maybe it was not secure enough for them. Thanks, let me go try again.

Oh well, that did not work either. We are a DBA, I tried both names. I even tried the name you probably put in. No Luck. Guess I will call somebody tomorrow. But if the vehicle wiring is not available I guess it will not help.

It takes a day or so until they send you an approval email. It's not instant.

What do you need Craig?

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.

Nothing at the moment Howie, but when I go do tracking devices I may be doing 20 different types of vehicles. They always have constant and ignition wires at the ignition switch. Bulldog does not give you constant wires at the ignition switch.

I have a directtechs account. Just much faster, or at least it was much faster to use audiovox.

Yes wonderful, not when using Sony 5" Android, not so bad if I'm in a 4G area with the iPad.
I had to do a NEW Mercedes G Wagon recently, track with immobilise, you must forget any thoughts of ignition switch/push button with late German cars.

Turns out the new site is avxtech1.com Your Dealer Rep was supposed to give us a key that would allow us to access the site. I had to call tech support and they gave me a key and I was able to set up the account and access the new site. Call me a creature of habit if you must, but I sure rather the old format MUCH better than this new one.

Bloody agree young whippersnapper. Much easier to use; I'm also told Directechs is about to change.
