I am currently working on repairing a wiring job on an RV. The issue is that someone had previously tampered with the wiring system to the RV's Water pump. Here is what I have found so far.
Unit is a sureflo pump w/ an intelek 10amp latching controller and 2 3 pole momentary switches and 1 5 pole momentary switch.
someone had replaced previous momentary switch in bathroom with a toggle switch, then stole 12v from the light switch right next to it to allow power to the pump.
Here is what I've done so far.
Replaced all switches w/ appropriate types,
tried to hookup latching controller, but was unable to get it to work (have 2, (1 new, 1 old) and assume that maybe 1 works. But not sure exactly how to hook up.
I was thinking of using a relay setup instead of latching controller, as these are constantly going out.
I have 1 red 12v+ at main control board
1 ground wire at control board and is daisy chained to the other 3 switches
1 purple wire (to pump) that is daisy chained to all 3 switches
1 red wire that is daisy chained to the other 3 switches
Need to know if someone can tell me how to get the latching controller to work with this setup or how to get it to work using relays. I need to be able to turn on or shut off pump from any of the 3 switches.
Thanks,

POST EDIT:
I presume the Intellitec incorporates some timer or other function, otherwise I don't see why ordinary relays aren't used, or rather, one relay at the pump that is turned on by any of your paralleled switches.
Ah, so it enables momentary switches instead of a typical toggle switch, hence single button on-off latching.
