Trying to wire my electric fans a different way and I would like to make it look better than what I currently have. I am wanting to run a single 6awg wire from the battery through a circuit breaker (125a) then to a fuse panel. I am needing help finding a panel that will work with my size of circuits needed. 4 total circuits > one will be a 20a for two external pusher fans. Next three are for my intrepid puller fans. One is a 10a constant that goes to both relays, one 30a that goes to the high relay; and finally a 40a that goes to the low/high relay.
So adding those up I get 100a total. Problem I have run into are the buses on most of the fuse panels only go up to 100a BUT say 30a is the highest for one circuit. I have a circuit requiring 40a?
Before anyone asks... yes I have 4 fans running all at once only when the A/C is on. Otherwise it's just the two intrepid fans
Relays take the load not the switches. As long as the relays are wired correct and relay amp rating matches or exceeds the rating of what you operating no problem should exist.
Idk if that answered you question.....
Thanks for the reply but not quite the answer I was looking for. Everything I have is per the schematic to the donor car, so fuses, wiring and relays all are their correct amp and size rating. Here is an example of what I was referring to
