I have a circuit I put together using 3 12V DPDT relays. (HK19F relays if it matters) I use it on my motorcycles to get the rear LED turn signals to double as brake lights while still working as turn signals, similar to how many cars work. I know my design works because I have built the circuit by soldering wires between the relay pins on the little relays but that's a PITA so I'd prefer to use a PCB with traces between the relay pins instead.
Here's a schematic of how I wire the relays:
As you can see it is a fairly simple circuit. All I need is a small PCB with six terminals. I have never done this sort of thing before but it can't be that hard. Can someone recommend a site/company that has easy to use software to design this PCB and have a few made?

One-off custom PCB's are not very economical. Are your relays already mounted on a "proto board" - that would be sufficient.
Your schematic looks a bit complicated for what I think it is intended to do.
If using the brakes is supposed to also turn on the RT & LT LEDs, then I think you could have done it with 4 rectifiers.
I don't know why it never occurred to me earlier (since I've wired trailers before) but I can just buy a trailer wiring converter and ignore the parking light wires. Doh!

IMHO 4 rectifiers would be a lot cleaner - use double wall heat shrink over each individual rectifier and associated solder joints and then an overall heat shrink over the "package".
