Pictured below is an OE battery cable ring terminal from a BMW. I am making new cables and the 90 degree lug I got from Crimp Supply is not as long between the center of the eye and the 90 degree bend as the original. Because of the design of the post this secures to, it's not laying in properly.
Are there 90 degree lugs available that are specifically longer before they bend? As far as I can tell, the OE lug is not an individual BMW part number. It's part of the cable assembly.
It's for 4 ga cable and a 5/16th post.
Maybe something like this:

I just measured the ones I already have (from Crimp Supply) and they seem pretty much identical to the measurements in that docuemnt.
But thank you for trying!
Search Google for "long palm cable lug". If you look at the image results, you'll see a bunch of straight (not 90) blanks (no holes), but you may be able to bend/drill them. You'll likely have to order internationally as well. Lot's of results in Australia, UK, etc.
Another option would be making your own out of copper tubing. Here's one example video from youtube:

You could always tin them for a more factory appearance.
