Was surprised to hear that VOXX International just bought Directed. Info came from Howie II, no less.
VOXX Automotive includes such brands as Omega, CrimeStopper, CodeAlarm, Pursuit and Prestige.
Directed Electronics brands included in the sale are Viper, Python, Avital, AstroStart, Automate, Autostart, Clifford and the bypass modules.
