I've had the system in for a couple of days. Tonight I went through the programming procedure to customize my features. I changed the door locks to lock and unlock automatically with the ignition, and I changed the horn output to 10ms.

Now, when I arm the system the interior lights stay on, but when they turn off about 30 seconds later (built-in timer in the Durango) the alarm triggers. The LED says that a door was opened. Funny thing is I don't have the door triggers or illuminated entry hooked up yet.

I don't recall this happening prior to programming. Another difference is there is a slight delay between the time the alarm chirps (arms) and when the locks go down.

I tried to re-program the system to turn off the ignition lock feature (since the car does it anyway at 15mph) but after I enter the programming mode all I can do is toggle from feature to feature. I cant actually change each feature by pressing the LOCK button. I was hoping that turning off the ignition locks would solve the problem.

Anybody know what's up with this? Thanks.

Figured it out:

During programming I accidently turned voltage sensing on. Then, when trying to reprogram it, I must have deleted the remote I was using or re-programmed the lock button (pushed wrong buttons or wrong sequence).

I believe all I have to do is re-program the remote I was using back to normal, then turn off voltage sensing.

All is well. That's exactly what it was. The 4 button remote got deleted somehow. I re-programmed the 2 remotes (back to default) and was able to re-program the alarm. By the way, I am eloshdesign and delosh, so yes, it appears I am talking to myself.
