Installing an pioneer 6500dvd. are there any pitfalls I must be aware with. No navigation system on board. Does the temp and other settings still show up on the center disp[lay.

how do you plan on doing this...isnt the radio/ac/dash all one piece? In fact if it is similar to the 2001 model...(i think it is) i am selling/trading a custom dash piece that will fit an aftermarket unit like the 6500dvd. the ac controls have been moved down below where the cig lighter was and the factoy display still works with the ac controls displayed.
