hi,

I need a 12V 10A momentary swtich possibly lighted, that is shaped rectangular and not round. Rectangular just like a lighted toggle is.

Anyone know anyplace I can find one with these ratings?
Any web sites?

Right now I only have a BIG round one, that came with the item I bought, but it's too bulky to fit anywhere, I can fit a rectangular much better if I can find one.

Can I retro fit a toggle into a momentary?

here are some: https://www.digikey.com/scripts/us/dksus.dll?Filter

just do some searching of electronics sellers. here are some links to places i have ordered from before:

https://mouser.com/

https://goldmine-elec.com/

i cant remember any more right now, dont be afraid to use a switch less than 10 A if you have to you will just need to add a relay.

You can use a momentary switch in a toggle manner but most people dont want to bother with the electronics involved (its not really that complicated) let me know if you want to go that way. personally i think its cool to use a momentary to do a latching function.
