I am about to install a TV and DVD player in my truck, I was wondering where I should run both power wires to, the battery or fuse box?

Run it to the fuse box but make sure that your RCA wires are not run down the same side of the truck. Even if they are small gauge wires, the RCA's will still pick up interference from the power wires.

Do you happen to know which slot in the fuse box I need to run the power to?

Use a DMM or a light tester to see which fuses are IGN and which are constant.
