I need to know how to remove the steering wheel from a 2001 Toyota Tacoma with airbag? Then reinstall.

You should buy a Haynes or Chiltons for that. Procedure will be something like; disconnect battery, locate and unplug harnesses that go into the stearing wheel, remove airbag, pull steering wheel.
