Just wanted to clarify something.  I have a 4 ohm Soundstream SPL 10"  with
DVC's. I have it wired in parallel, so I'm now looking at 2 ohms out correct?
If I bridge it I'm now looking at 1 ohm right? Just wanted to confirm this.

yes sir what you've stated is correct.
if you have a pair of those tens though you can run 2-ohms stereo :)
or, run one output channel of the amplifier to each coil, and have 4-ohms stereo from the amp into one sub.
