My stepdad has a 1994 cuburban that has a star guard alarm in it when he bought the truck used the dealer supposedly used some sort of key to deactivate the alarm but now occasionaly the truck will not start if he puls the fuse to the alarm iand then replaces it the truck will start  how do i fix this problem!!!!! help

Take out the system that is causing this and replace with a new alarm.
