i recently pulled a cd player out of a friends 2003 for escort and installed a new unit for her, but i have another friend who would like to have the ford radio put in his car. unfortunately i have no idea anymore which wires coming out of the back of this ford radio do what and i wasnt sure if there is a way to test the radio to figure what the wires are or if anyone would happen to know. any help here would be highly appreciated. thanks!

You could probably find one somewhere online. If not, the thing I do is just start with what you know. Look for pairs of wire; one with and one without a line those are probably your speakers. Ground is obviously black. Then red is probably constant power and then figure out where to go from there.
