Guys, I bought a 1994 Buick Century, the power windows dont work @ all. Only one window works and thats @ the driver side rear and its slow. The windows are reverse polarity. Anyway  I think the main switch control on the driver side is cooked. I was thinking maybe I could by- pass it and add my own switch. If I could do this....could somone steer me to the right directon on how to get this thing going. Once again none of the windows come down even if  the passenger attempted to open it from there own personal switch.

Thanks Guys

The power window motors for the whole car receive their ignition power and ground through the driver's door switches. Check each switch at the other doors. There are probably 5 wires to each switch. One should receive ignition power, 2 should receive ground through the driver's door switch and the last two should go to the power window motor in that door. If the main ground or ignition feed to the driver's door switch has a problem, then the all the windows won't work. If the driver's switch is one piece and turns out to be defective, it would be easier to replace it than rewire the hole car.
