I just bought a Radar PRORADAR PROXIMITY Motion Sensor a few day ago and I just decide to hook it up today. I have notice that when I walk close to the car it don't go off, u will have to put your hands real close to it in order for it to go off. I change the sensitiveity but its still the same. U can adjust it for exterior  and interior.. Can someone tell me if I am doing something wrong... Thanks

It might help if you tell everyone what kind of sensor you have.  Also do you want it to go off everytime you park somewhere and someone parks next to you? When they get out of their vehicle say at a movie theater or store they are bound to be right next to your car.

Does it go off only when you touch the car? Any part of the car like front, back sides, metal or glass or fiberglass?

Like boomer_106 says, it would help knowing the make/model of the sensors. Sounds interesting.
