a friend of mine is runnning 2 6oo watt kenwood amps a 1.0 cap to 2 kicker comp 12's and a 12'' kenwood tornado sub. everything hooked up right but once in a while the in-line fuse is blowing. is it because the fuse rating is to low for this application? he's using the same fuse rating that he had when he had 1 amp and two 12's

can anyone help?

thanks!

He should be using at least an 80 amp fuse ( if not 100 amp ). Make sure that the power wire is upgraded too otherwise he will melt whatever touches the power wire.
