Thank you everyone for your help i am in forever debt to the12volt.com because this is the only place that i found aid in installing my keyless entry. The final problem that i was having with my 2001 Explorer sport was that i had bought the wrong relays. The ones that i had bought had a common 87 and 87a thus they did not work i got the right ones with 87a-30 then 87-30 making everything work fine. IF anyone else needs help with a 2001 ford explorer i now know what i am doing so just email me at mmoe@ufl.edu. Thanks.
