I have a DEI alarm but it has no make or model # on the front

it has the FCC ID # EZSDEI435-A on the back, 

the date code 0K 1E,

pin out config.,

and the DIP switch config (4 DIP switches)

it uses a 465T remote

can anyone help me out???

I looked at the FCC ID site but that didn't tell me what kind of alarm i have
