hey I would like to know if someone could give me a hand . Ihave a 2000 sunfire GT 2.4 , i've got one high beam that doesn't want to work and my daytime running lights flick on and of when putting it into drive, the service light comes on and off for the ABS and TRACTION CONTROL. I've changed a speed censor but it didn't help, mechanic wants to change the wireing harness, as for the lights I've changed the bulb, and daytime running lights relay in the fuse box but still no high beam or daytime running lights.Any suggestions.

Have a mechanic hook up a scan tool to your vehicle. If the ABS and Traction Control lights are coming on, then there will be stored trouble codes to help diagnose the problem. The problems you describe could be related or may be separate. Start with the scan tool. It could be as simple as a bad ground. GM uses only a few spots to ground many different components.

did u change the radio in the car,,, i think that this car need the original radio wired up in the car cause the electrical system of the vehicle runs trough it.  that might be the problem if you changed the radio.  If it is, they wiring kits to correct it.
