I have a harness from an Alpine that I wanna redo the wires on, they have become way to short over time. I got the wires out of the plug and now dont know where to get these terminals. Ive search all around looking at molex connectors, etc - couldnt find exactly what I need. Its a female terminal. Any help would be great.

It would be much easier to order a new harness, or just extend the wiring by soldering new wire to the short ends and use heat shrink to secure the connections.
