After installing a second amp and a new equalizer i now have i whine when i accelerate. Now im no expert but i've heard this is caused by a bad ground but i checked it out and it seems to be fine.  Could something else be wrong? What should i do??

When adding an EQ you fine tune the frequencies to pick up certain noises that wasn't there before. Make sure that you ground the EQ to the same place as the amplifiers. Also, make sure that you run high quality RCA's to the EQ from the deck and to the amplifiers on opposing sides of the power wires.

Sounds like a ground loop.  Run a pigtail between all of the component's grounds, make sure you have a good grounding path to the battery on every component,  and definately make sure your signal and power cables are at least 6 inches from each other.  Also tie any signal cable that have to pass a factory wire loom at a 90 degee angle (adjacent) to the loom.  Make sure to properly line match all of your components, too....
