Ok, on a Honda Civic DX Hatchback, I am having trouble locating a good place to put the accuater, I installed them intitially (but since I am so freaking anal, I hate the place I placed it, bows the door panel slightly).  Currently the mounted underneath the handle, not the greatest but it works.  I was wondering if anyone can suggest a better location to place them.  I have installed aftermarket power windows also in the car so some of the room has been accupied by those moters.

Thanks

Craig

ps...I HATE AFTERMARKET DOORLOCK ACCUATERS! if anyone knows a brand of one that is SMALLER and thinner let me know!

Mount the actuators on the inside of the frame and attach the steel rod to the locking arm just before the loacking mechanism. This will require that the steel bar be bent in a " Z " form though.
