Wondering if anyone can help.....I bought an Delphi XM Radio unit to put in my 2004 Trailblazer.....my question is:

Where do I hook my Red + wire to .  It says to connect it to the ACC side.  If someone could help me out, I would be very greatful.

Your red wire is fine hooked up to the ACC wire in your radio harness...basically the only advantage to this is that it shuts off your delphi when you shut the radio off. if you hook up the wire to your 12 volt constant wire, you need to remember to turn it off every time you leave your vehicle

dont worry, you wont lose your memory/presets by going through the ACC wire...

You want to hook that wire to one of the thick power wires at the ignition harness since there is no useable switched power @ the radio harness.

I would recommend any of the following at the steering column harness:

Orange: Accessory wire (+)
Pink: Ignition wire (+)
Brown: Accessory wire (+)

All should be semi thick wires and will work fine for your application. Good luck,

Mike
