In many of the Honda cars, there is a volume/select controller on the steering wheel.  My question is: are there any aftermarket head/radio unit that will easily connect to the factory volume/select controller.

The PAC model SWIX universal interface will allow you to use the steering wheel controls with any head unit that will accept an infrared remote signal.
