I would like to hard wire my new Cobra detector to my 2001 Honda Accord. Can someone help me out and inform me which is the best way to connect it. For example to which fuse can I connect it to or should I splice the cigarette light and connect it.

Just find a switched 12v, and a ground.

Or you can splice it into the cigarette lighter.  If you use a swithed 12v source at the fuse box, make sure you catch the side of the fuse that only has power when the fuse is good.

Do it right the first time
