ok guys i installed my XM satellite radio yesterday (xm roady) and it sounds awesome. Unfortunately i used the mount for the dash and i do not particularly like this location. i have pleanty of wire on the audio and antenna to run it into the console above my rear view mirror in my 200 gmc sierra, however the problem is the power. I have the XM delphi wired fm modulator which actually has a power cable off it for the roady, but it is not long enough to reach the console above my rear view mirror.  Any solutions guys?  I am basically looking for an extension cord for the 6 volt cord, or another way to run a 6 volt plug up into the console.  I appreciate  any help you guys can give me.

Cut it and extend it with wire.
