I purchased a Cadillac air compressor to use on a vehicle that I want to install helper air bags and was wondering if anyone has a wiring diagram for this system. These compressors came on many Cadillac vehicles; I do not know what model or year vehicle that this compressor came from.  It has one lare black wire which I am assuming is +12volts. The remaining wires I do not know what are for. One has to be a ground and perhaps the other two are for  relay?!?! Is there anway besides a schematic to tell wha tthe wires are for? It is a AC Delco part and here is a picture of the compressor. Thanks.

I have been thinking about how a compressor works in a Cadillac air suspension...

One wire has to be +12VDC ACC so it does not run continuously.

One has to be ground since it is mounted on rubber vibration isolators.

The other two either have to be for a relay or sensor to turn the compressor on, in order to adjust the suspension height.

Anybody think otherwise?
