I have had some recent problems with this company and its customer support, just wondering if anyone else has had these problems? I won't result to slandering and name calling, but i had an auction on ebay selling a tube and ebay took it down "per SAS's request" (i was told in an email).
I was given no explanation for this, other than i "misrepresented my item". Considering my auction was only four lines long, and said i had a new EL804 for sale that i couldn't use because it wouldn't work with my system, gave the model number, and RMS watts handling specs + buyer pays shipping..... thats all it said. I bought this tube on ebay, which is the kicker!
Anyway, i have sent SAS several emails over the last week that have been unanswered, called them and was hung up on twice, and even posted in their forums and had my threads deleted!
Whats the purpose of THIS post? just to let you all know about their shady customer service. This was all after i spend nearly a grand buying their components speakers and two bass tubes... So if you spend money with them, they won't take care of you (bottom line).

Only problem I have ever had with them is that thier equiptment sounds like dog-,bull-,horse-,cat-,rat- or any other type of -SH*T.
