How do I convert the cigarette Lighter sockets in a 2005 dodge caravan to stay on when the key is off? The owners manual says this can be done.

You should just have to move the fuse for the lighter over one slot.

Rough diagram:

0 - - = With key
- - 0 = Always on.

0 is open, "- -" is fuse.
