Hi, could any one tell me what a 6 colour resistors value is, i.e.

the colour bads are-: Red, Brown, Orange, Black, Violet, Yellow.

213 ohm, tolerance of 0.1%, temperature rating +/- 25 ppm/C .... i think...

what the heck is that resistor for?
