My girlfriend's 95 Accord has had some problems with the speedometer. Now the tach isn't working either. After the tach stopped working and the car was turned back on, the shifter won't work. I can't put it in neutral or anything. Does it have anything to do with the tach? Please help me out.

have some one check the neutral safety switch. Also take the center console out and see if some one has spilled some soda on the shifter. Does the car have a remote start on it ????? if so unplug it and see if that fixes it.Please post up response
