This site is awesome.  I just found you guys today and I had to sign up and ask some questions.  A bunch of mine have already been answered by reading previousl posts, but some of my questions I have not been able to find either an answer or clear answers.  Hopefully somebody will be able to help me out.  First thing is to let you know what I am doing because this may help you answer the question.  I am building a custom center console out of fiberglass, I know how to do this, and I am going to be building into the console a switch panel for off road lights and other stuff.  I am also going to be building in a three outlet cigarette adapter into the console as well.  So here are my questions:

1)  The cigarette adapter comes with an internal fuse.   I however want to run the lights and the cigarette adapter to a aftermarket fuse panel.  What fuse panel would you recommend I get and should I run power directly from the battery or off the inside fuse panel in my truck?  Also is there anything else I should put in line with the wires.  My off road lights have relays, but do I need to add some more before or after the fuse panel?

2)In regards to the cigarette outlets that I mentioned above how would I go about hard wiring them into my truck instead of plugging it into the dash outlet?  I am wanting to keep as little wires as possible from crossing all over the place in plain view in the cab.

3) I currently only have my amp wire coming off of the battery.  I am going to be adding a lot more electrical stuff to my truck.  I want to keep the engine bay as clean as possible.  Is there such a thing that I can run one power line to a "box" that I could then run multiple lines off of that?  If so where would I get something like that or are there some you would recommend me using.  I think this is something I should do since I do not want a bunch of wires coming off of my battery.

I realize this is a long post, but I feel that these three questions are interlinked.  Thank you in advance.

To answer question #3... Stinger came out with a Centerpin series.. It keeps cars with multiple power wires running to he battery look very neat and clean.. It connects directly to the battery terminal.. Mine for instance has an outlet for a 1 - 0/1 gauge,  1 - 4 gauge, and 2 - 8 gauges... I know they have various options for this..  If you would like a picture of the terminal pm me and let me know.. hope ya find what you are looking for!!
