I've just bought a digital voltmeter (EM32-1B) from Lascar Electronics, to monitor my battery and alternator voltages (recently burnt out the alternator). I've got it all up and running, and the LCD voltmeter works very well. Problem is, it needs a round hole with a 32.5mm diameter. Does anybody know of a tool to make a tidy round hole without damaging the surroundings ? The meter's chrome bezel will hide about 2mm of imperfection.

I would guess that you no doubt are drilling into some piece of plastic trim?

A spade bit for wood would work just fine.  Check out your local home improvement store.  A 1 1/4 " spade bit should do it.
