anyone can help me im having trouble with my tv its a 32 inch philips model #32pt81 it does not whant to turn on it trys to you can hear a relay click on then off and a line comes out from side to side then the power light flashes twice can anyone tell me where i can get help

You may just want to call Philips. Even if it is out of warranty, they should be able to guide you through some troubleshooting.

Not sure why you posted here, but give it a shot.
