I want to built and install voltage stabiliser on my Matrix.I need schematic drawing and what are the components use to design one. There some in the market on sale like XCS or Hyper voltage stabiliser.

You are referring to a regulated power supply which will output a constent 12 volt power souce?

Yeah, I was going to ask the same question as Teken, but didn't want to sound dumb. What is the application? What is your estimated current draw? I can build you a PCB with the regulator.... (I have done a few PS2 mods lately, and have a few other boards)

PM if you need....

Hi Guys,

If it is a regulated power supply maybe you can show me the pcb arrangement with the necessary components.Below is a detail decription from Hyper Voltage System.

Detail Description:

Hyper Voltage System – Type MR – Multi rance rev. perofrmance with increase of both horsepower and torque

The Hyper Voltage System Type MR is to stabilize the flow of the voltage from the battery. By stabilizing the voltage from the battery, the load on the battery is reduced, resulting in increasing engine performance and electrical equipment. Type MR specialize sport driving and high rev. performance with increase of horsepower.
Type MR Hyper Voltage System Effectiveness and Feature:
- Increase Torque
- Increase Horsepower
- Better Throttle Response
- Better Fuel Mileage
- Increase efficiency of electrical equipment
- Simple, easy installation
- Can be install in any cars, trucks, and SUVs

The board I use for the PS2 mods is shown below. The PCB manufacturer is Nightfire, they get the credit, I just modified it for higher current applications (the PS2 draws 3A @ 12VDC). I do have a few left.
This is used because the PS2 requires 12VDC. A car battery can fluctuate from 10.4V all the way up to 14.8 depending on the load-- and sometimes even more.

Is this what you are looking for?

Well, not sure yet.Do you have a schematic drawing indicating the components value.Anyway thanks for the photo.

Well, fastwheel. Depending on the regulator you choose, the components are detailed in the datasheet fot the part. Goto www.digikey.com type in LM1084 (or whatever regulator), then there is a link to the datasheet. It will show you the common configuration for parts and the appropriate values. I usually use a 10uF on the Vin, and a 33uF on the Vout. Another 0.1uF cap can be used to decouple the regulator, reducing noise on the lines. It's simple. Just remember the 10 and 33uF caps need to be polarized or Tantalum type.
