Does anybody know of a kit, or a way to wire a 99' Silverado so that you can bypass the Automatic Headlights. There is a sensor on the dash that turns the lights on and off. I was thinking of trying to find the wires for it and put a switch in that would just dis-engage the sensor and allow me to use my headlights on my own command.

:errr:

R&D Truck and Auto Accessories use to have a kit but, they are no longer in existence. www.truckautoaccessories.com.

Anyways, if anybody has any suggestions I'd be more than welcome to them....

Thanks from the Canadian Guy

Hey Canada, I had the same truck.  Never found a way to do it (at least very easily).  I kinda found it pointless to have the switch to turn them on manually b/c you never needed to.

True, but it would be nice to have control in the evening...or early morning.
