Does anybody know how to get at these things?  The grille doesnt want to come off, and I tried prying back the door panel, but still not enough room.  What am I doing wrong?

You have to take about 3 or 4 phillips screws out of the door before the door will pop off. The screws are behind the handle, the door handle and under the latch mechanism by the door pin ( on the door )
